On-Site Inspection by a Qualified Structural Engineer

Our qualified structural engineers conduct thorough on-site inspections using advanced non-destructive testing methods to identify any signs of structural distress. We pay particular attention to foundation movement, as it often underlies many structural issues. Our comprehensive assessment evaluates both immediate concerns and factors affecting long-term structural durability, ensuring we capture a complete picture of your property's structural health.

Advanced Non-Destructive Testing

Utilizing state-of-the-art non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, we dive deeper than traditional inspections can reach. Our specialized tools include thermal imaging cameras to detect hidden moisture, precision moisture meters, pressurized hydrostatic altimeters for floor level surveys, and drone technology for comprehensive roof and site inspections. These advanced techniques allow us to uncover subsurface issues invisible to the naked eye, providing a complete picture of your property's structural integrity.

Detailed Forensic Engineering Report

Following the inspection, we deliver a detailed forensic engineering report that maps all locations of structural distress with precision. Each report includes a thorough analysis of cause and severity, backed by technical data and clear explanations. We also evaluate crucial environmental factors such as soil site reactivity and civil drainage considerations, concluding with a strategic rectification plan tailored to your property's specific needs. This comprehensive document serves as your roadmap for maintaining structural integrity and preventing future issues.

WHY CHOOSE US?

Advanced Technology

We leverage cutting-edge non-destructive testing equipment like thermal imaging cameras, drone surveying, and pressurized hydrostatic altimeters that go beyond traditional visual inspections.

Our licensed drone operators and state-of-the-art technology enable us to detect structural issues invisible to the naked eye, providing unparalleled forensic investigation accuracy.

Comprehensive Forensic Analysis

Unlike other companies that provide basic building reports, our forensic reports undergo a rigorous multi-engineer review process, ensuring each investigation is analyzed by registered structural and civil engineers.

This collaborative approach guarantees a thorough, unbiased examination that transforms complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations you can trust.

Proven Regional Expertise

With hundreds of successful forensic investigations completed across Victoria, New South Wales, and Adelaide, we bring localized engineering knowledge specific to the region's unique structural challenges. Our deep understanding of local building conditions, soil compositions, and environmental factors allows us to provide more precise and contextually relevant structural assessments.
