How long do plans take to receive from Panthom Engineering?It depends on the project size, although typically 4- 6 weeks for residential projects.

How long does a typical forensic investigation take?The field testing for residential premises takes approximately 1-2 hours to carry out. The engineering report is then delivered within a 35 day time period from the inspection, as thorough examination and cross checking by multiple registered engineers is required.

How much does a forensic investigation cost?The price is a fixed fee for the inspection and the report. It's determined based on the size of the premises and the travel time required by the engineer.
